Are citizens of an ASEAN country currently residing in the region.
Are aged 21 to 45 at the time of application.
Hold a certificate or diploma in nursing of at least 12 months duration or a degree in a related field.
Have studied personal care or individual support for the elderly for at least 6 months and completed 120 hours of practical work.
Have a valid nursing license or registration in their home country.
Have an English language proficiency test score of at least 5.0 in IELTS or B in OET or equivalent.
Are committed to working in the aged care sector in Australia for at least two years.
